Once you open a specific booking you see 11 tabs. See below for further detail:
Booking: This is where you can make amendments of the customer’s entry/exit date and time, parking type, amendment fees, request for car wash and car servicing.
Airline: This is where you can make amendments of the customer’s flight details.
Vehicle: This is where you can make amendments of the customer’s vehicle details
Customer: This is where you can make amendments of the customers profile
CC Trxns: This is where you can see the credit card transaction of the booking
Trxns: This is where you can see the All Transactions/Activities for this booking.
Files & Emails: This is where you can see the E-Ticket and Tax Invoice and can resend
the confirmation.
iPark: This is where you can see the ETIN upload status.
Cancellation: This is where you can cancel a booking and can perform a refund.
Activity: This is where you can see the activities, changes or who made the last touch
on the booking.
Reward Points: This is where you can see the reward points of the customer.
A customer can manage their own booking online by clicking the link in their confirmation email or by going to www.parkonking.com.au (Email and Password/Booking Reference Required).
Customers can manage the following details:
Entry and exit dates
Booking Name
Email address
Vehicle details
Flights details
Booking duration
Booking Status
Print tax invoice
Print eTicket
