There are three types of booking:
Online – Customer created booking online.
Phone – Booking created over the phone.
Drive-Up – Booking created at reception with vehicle already in the car park.
Following the below steps to provide a customer with a quote or to create a Phone/Drive-Up booking:
1. Go to Bookings > New Booking on the Admin Portal.
2. Bookings can be made through Phone and Drive-up Booking (Phone Bookings is bookings made through a sales representative over the phone, whilst a Drive-up Booking is for customers that did not pre-book and have just showed up, with no guarantee of a parking space.
3. Obtain Entry/Exit date and time of the customer.
4. Ask the customer’s parking preference (You can check availability in Car Spaces Alert on the Reports Tab under Parking Report).
5. Provide the customer with the appropriate quote.
6. Input Booking Details (If the customer has a record it will automatically pop up on the right side of your screen).
7. Input Flight Details (Return Flight details).
8. Input Vehicle Details.
9. Then obtain payment details (We accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex credit/debit cards).
10. Additional Services - You can request for Car Wash / Detailing and Car Servicing.
