Customers may cancel their booking for any reason at any time.
They can cancel the booking from their end (from their Park on King account) if there is still more than 48 hours from their entry date; otherwise, they can send us an email (info@parkonking.com.au) so we can cancel their booking and provide the appropriate refund if their booking qualifies for a refund.
Click the “My Account/My Booking” link at the utmost right-hand side of the page from the Park On King website’s home page.
Click your email address link to log in.
Enter your email address and your booking reference number (if you don’t have a password or forgot your password) and then click access account.
Click your booking reference number from your “Recent Bookings” page once logged in to your account.
Scroll down and click the “Cancel Booking” tab at the bottom left-hand section of the page.
A 75% refund will be automatically processed by the system if there is more than 48 hours from your entry time.
The refund will be reflected in your account within 2-3 business days.
Successful refunds will be reflected in the customer’s account (to the card they used in making payment) within 2-3 business days.
We can only process a full refund (at any time for an unused booking) if the customer has added the flexi parking add-on to their booking. Refund will be the customer’s total parking price minus the $4.99 flexi-parking fee.
Can be processed for cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window from the customer’s entry date.
No refund will be processed for requests or cancellations made within the 48-hour window from the customer’s entry date, unless they added the flexi-parking option.

Customers who insist on getting a refund or asked for a credit when their booking does not qualify for one must send an email to info@parkonking.com.au. We do not guarantee that they will get a refund or credit, but management will look at each request on a case to case basis and may provide a credit as a one-off courtesy.
