Every customer will be automatically part of our Loyalty Rewards Program.
Our loyalty rewards program is based on a point system. Customers can earn points by booking with us and reviewing us online and interacting with us on social media. Once they have accrued a certain number of points, they can redeem their loyalty points for services from us such as free parking or a carwash.
FREE PARKING
10,000 points are equal to one day undercover parking
FREE CAR WASH
20,000 points are equal to one free “Sedan/Hatch/Wagon Wash”
35,000 points are equal to one free “SUV/4WD/7 Seats Wash”
Customers can check their points balance by logging into “My Account / My Booking” located at the top-right of each page in our website. If they haven’t logged in before, they can simply use their email address or their last booking reference (instead of a password) OR alternatively click “Forgotten Password” to be provided with a login.
Note: NO loyalty reward points are allocated for bookings made with coupon codes and/or booked under the rooftop option.
Through Online Booking:
2,000 points for 1st online booking
1,000 points for 2nd online booking
400 points for each subsequent online booking
10 points for every day they park with us
200 points for every car wash with their booking
100 points each time they make a booking via our agents
Through Social Media Interaction:
700 points when you connect your Park on King account with Facebook (once-off)
1,000 points when you like our Facebook Page (once-off)
500 points when you share our Facebook Page on your Facebook (once-off)
Through Online Reviews:
2,000 points for Facebook Review (once-off)
3,000 points for Google Review (once-off)
2,000 points for Yelp Review (once-off)
1,500 points for the Yellow Pages review (once-off)
2,500 points for True Local review (once-off)
1,000 points for WOMO review (once-off)
1,500 points for Product Review (once-off)
Bonus Points:
300 points when customers parked at least once with Undercover VIP (once-off)
5,000 points when customers park with us 10 times within a year 6
10,000 points when customers park with us 25 times within a year 6
2,000 points when customers park with us on 3 occasions in 30 days 6
20,000 points when customers park with us for a total of 50 days in a year 6
30,000 points when customers park with us for a total of 120 days in a year 6
Customers can earn 1 day free parking when they refer a friend. They just have to use their unique referral link that is available from https://booking.parkonking.com.au/user/referrals

Click on “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page.
A drop box will appear where you will be required to enter your email address and either your booking reference number/password and click on “Access Account”.
If you don’t have a password, simply click ‘Forgotten Password‘ to be issued a password
Once you have successfully logged in, your Account Homepage will be displayed showing your recent bookings and along the top you will be able to manage your account and details. Click on “My Rewards” tab.
My Rewards page will enable you to see your points balance, rewarded points and ways to earn more loyalty points.
Click on “Redeem Points” located next to your points balance.
1. Loyalty points are not accumulated with our rooftop parking type or with coupon codes. Loyalty points are only issued with our Undercover parking and VIP Parking Option
2. Bookings before 16th April 2018 did not collect points due to the system not being set up
3. Reward points are only provided on a fair go basis, to bookings made directly through us. Reward points are not earned on bookings made with or using a voucher, code, coupon, reference, special offer, discount or other such.
4. You must have parked with us and can only review once per booking and one per nominated site, i.e. 3 bookings, only 3 reviews, on 3 different nominated review sites. Reviews must be a minimum of 150 characters, genuine and unique for each review, made by a real person and not be made by an ‘Anonymous’ user.
5. Yelp Reviews must be ‘Recommended’ by Yelp, which is an automated process of Yelp’s. It ‘recommends’ reviews by active members/reviewers.
6. Bonus Reward points are awarded a maximum of once per year and are only provided on a fair go basis, to bookings made directly through us. Reward points are not earned on bookings made with or using a voucher, code, coupon, reference, special offer, discount or other such.
7. You can only refer friends that are not already customers or who have not been already referred, using your unique referral link. The equivalent of one day’s free parking points are awarded after the friends first completed stay.
8. You can redeem as little as one day and there is no maximum number of days you can redeem for one booking. Redemption of points must be done so via the ‘My Rewards’ tab in the customer accounts. An e-Voucher will be issued and will then need to be claimed during an online booking by placing the e-Voucher code into the e-Voucher code section.
9. Provided is an “Deluxe Sedan/Hatch/Wagon Wash” valued at $45.00. Additional charges apply for the “SUV/4WD/7 Seats Wash” Park on King reserves the right to charge extra for excess mud/dirt or removal of dog hair, sand, grass, and bugs etc. Redemption of points must be done so via the ‘My Rewards’ tab in the customer accounts. A voucher will be issued and will then need to be claimed during an online booking by placing the voucher code into the coupon code section.
10. The Loyalty scheme, Reward points, Loyalty points, Bonus Points and redeem values are subject to change without notice.
11. Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
