We always recommend to the customer that they change their travel dates over a cancellation (Please note, this can only be done if it is more than 48 hours from the original entry date).
1. Locate and open the booking.
2. Go to the Cancellations tab
3. Tick the box beside "Cancel Booking" and click update booking (advise the customer of
the refund amount if applicable).
