When a customer has entered the car park the cashier must tick the "Entered" box. This way the cashier is aware of all parties in the car park and can take this into consideration when organizing the shuttle transfers.
Once the customer has arrived at the office to check in the cashier must then confirm with the customer the following details: Customer Name, Exit Date, Drop Off/Pick Up Terminal, Number of Passengers & age of children (if applicable). Once this information is confirmed, the cashier must then click the checked-In box. Please not, it is very important that we confirm the number of passengers being picked up as cashiers rely on this information to dispatch shuttles when the customers returns. DO NOT assume that it will be the same number of passengers that entered.
If any of the above details are incorrect, right click on the booking reference and select the ‘open link in new tab’ option. This will bring up a window which will allow you to make changes to the booking. Once the changes have been made click Update Booking to save the changes.
When a customer calls for a pick-up we must confirm the following information:
- Booking Name.
- Current location (Customer must be at the pick-up point otherwise they will need to call again once they are at the correct location).
- Number of passengers to be collected.
Once the above information has been confirmed and the customer is at the pick-up point, the cashier is to tick the “Phoned” box (this indicates that there is a pending pick-up. The cashier then dispatches or radios the best available driver/shuttle to collect the customer.
Once the driver has confirmed that they have the customer on the shuttle the cashier ticks the “On Board” box. If there are no other pending pick-ups or the shuttle is full, the cashier will notify the driver to return. Once the customer has arrived at the car park the cashier ticks the “Exited” box.
