Adding Car Rental Vehicles in Car Park System

Adding Eastcoast Car Rental Regos in the System

Steps:

1. Open the program iPark and log in.

2. Click Set Up then Badge then click “Card.”

3. Tick the Company Name dropdown box and select Eastcoast and click “OK.”

4. Enter Rego under the Customer Vehicle Registration field to double check if it is already in the system or not and click search.

5. If it is not in the system, you have to add it in. So just click “+Add” tab to add the rego.

6. Fill out the required fields under the “Access” and “Customer” tabs, then click “Commit” once done to save.

6.1. Badge FC is 123.

6.2. Their badge number is from 5000 up.

6.3. Last Badge number is 6948.

6.4. Badge Type is always “Car Rental.”

6.5. Customer Name is the car rental name or initial with space and a dash and space and then the rego number (e.g. for Eastcoast, it is EC – [rego number]).

6.6. Suspend box must be unticked/off.

6.7. Car park state is Exited.

h. Anti Passback Enabled must be unticked/off.

6.8. Next Entry/Exit free must be ticked/turned on.

6.9. Start Date/Time must be the date today and current time moving forward.

6.10. End Date/Time must be two years after current date and time.

6.11. Access Mask is 01

6.12. Netlock Timezone is 01

6.13. Enter the car rego in the Vehicle Registration field.

6.14. Enter the car make and model in the Vehicle type field if available.

Adding Aerodrive Car Rental Regos in the System

Basically the same with Eastcoast except the following:

· Company name is Aerodrive Australia.

· Their Badge Number is between 500-1999.

· Last badge number is 1305.

· Customer name format is AD – (rego number).

· End Date/Time must be a year after current date and time

· Netlock Timezone is 01.

Adding ABBA Car Rental Regos in the System

Basically the same with Eastcoast and Aerodrive except the following:

· Company name is Abba Car Rentals.

· Their Badge Number starts with 2000 plus.

· Last badge number is 2043.

· Customer name format is ABBA – (rego number).

· End Date/Time must be a year after current date and time

· Netlock Timezone is 01.
