1. Go to the Admin portal and login.
2. Click “Reports” then “Booking Report” and then “Failed to Enter/Exit.”
3. You have the option to clear out/cancel booking entries which are dated at most the present date, day today.
4. Open each booking under the failed to entry report which you can cancel.
5. Make sure to check on the activity and customer tabs to see if there is something you need to take note of before cancelling the booking. If there’s none, copy the booking’s ETIN number.
6. Go back to the “Failed to Enter” page and tick the red “x” mark under action and tick “yes” from the “Cancel Booking” pop-up box.
7. The customer’s name and booking details will then disappear from the failed to enter list.
8. Open the iPark application (booking needs to be cancelled directly from iPark as well) and login.
9. Once logged in to iPark, click setup then click prepaid exit pass.
10. Change the start date and time to the previous year to cover all entries made for the entire year.
11. Paste the ETIN number you’ve copied from the booking you’ve cancelled and click “OK”.
12. Click “Expired” then click the dropdown arrow under State from the pop-up box and change state from “Unused” to "Cancelled.”
13. Click “Commit.” Do the same for the rest of the failed to enter bookings.
1. Go to the Admin portal and login.
2. Click “Reports” then “Booking Report” and then “Failed to Enter/Exit.”
3. Click the first booking reference number under the failed to exit list and open it on a separate tab.
4. Copy the customer’s rego number under the “Vehicle” tab.
5. Open the iPark application and log in.
6. Click Setup, then click Plates.
7. Change the start date and time to the previous year to cover all rego entries made for the entire year, then tick “show images."
8. Paste the rego you copied in the rego field and click search. (All entry and exit entries for this specific vehicle will show up on the results page.)
9. Make sure to check if this specific vehicle rego has exited the carpark on or after the designated exit date in his booking.
10. Tick the “Exited” box on the booking’s failed to exit list to clear it out if the customer’s rego has successfully exited the carpark after checking iPark.
11. Do the same for the rest of the failed to exit bookings.
12. If in case the said rego has not exited the carpark after checking iPark, you just have to leave it in the list and check it again the following day or anytime within the week.
Note: Failed to Exit List will automatically clear out after a certain period of time or if the customer has exited the carpark, but constant monitoring is required every week or twice a week to make sure the list will not accumulate.
