The home screen is very simply divided into two sections:
Commencing: Customers due to arrive and park
Ending: Customers due back and leaving the car park.
The admin page shows the booking reference parking type, customer name. entry date, exit date, number of passengers and a note field. See below for further details.
There are also various tabs along the top for other functions in the booking system.
The Commencing Today displays the following:
Ref(Booking Reference): View the booking and click on the reference to display further information about the booking.
Type: This displays the name of the colour in which the booking is for.
Name: Customers first/last name. Section also displays a number above the customers first name which indicates the number of bookings that particular individual customer has made.
Plate: Licence plate of the vehicle associated with the booking.
Entry: Date in which the customer is due to arrive at the car park.
Time: Time in which the customer is due to arrive at the car park.
Entered: Tick box used to mark when a customer has entered the car park.
Checked-In: Tick box used to mark when a customer has checked-In at reception.
Exit: Date in which the customer is due to exit the car park.
Time: Time in which the customer is due to exit the car park.
Zone: Terminal Customer is travelling from.
Pasg: Number of passengers customer is travelling with.
BT: Type of booking. E.g. O=Online, A=Agent Booking
CN: Booking Status. (Will only show a X if booking is cancelled.
Notes: The notes section is used to make any important notes about that particular booking. E.g. Car Wash booked.

On Board: Tick box used to mark when a customer is on a Park on King vehicle and travelling back to Park on King.
Exited: Tick box used to mark when a customer has checked-Out at reception and exited the car park.

Undercover - Yellow Level. The customer parks on the Level 3 ramp.
Undercover - Red Level. The customer parks on Level 4.
Undercover - White Level. The customer parks on Level 1.
Outdoor - Green Level. The customer parks on Level 5.
VIP Parking. The customer parks on level 2 (Ground Level).
Green - the customer has successfully completed the enter or exit process.
White - the customer is scheduled to enter or exit today.
Blue - the customer is expected within the next 15 minutes.
Red - the customer is overdue.
Yellow (Ending today only) - the customer has called to be collected.
