Once a new customer has been checked In cashiers must provide a pick-up flyer which indicates the steps the customer must take to return back to the car park. It’s also advised that the cashier goes through these pick-up steps with the customer if there is sufficient time to ensure the customer knows how to get back to the car park.
Most customers with previous bookings will already know the pick-up point and may not require a flyer. If the customer does not require a flyer, ensure they have our number and if not, offer our business card which is easy to carry and contains our contact information.
Once the above has been completed, the cashier is to organize the next available shuttle to drop the customer/s off at the Domestic or International Terminal at Sydney Airport.
